Catch-up and cleanup are separate, one-off projects. We look at the file first and quote one fixed price before any work starts, so a backlog is never an open meter.
“From” is the fixed monthly fee for a typical business in that plan. We confirm your exact fee after a short look at your volume and complexity, and any later change is agreed with you first. No long-term contracts, no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Do I have to buy everything?
No. Every plan starts with monthly bookkeeping, because reports, payroll and tax all depend on it. Payroll and tax preparation come with Growth, and CFO support with Scale. Pick the plan that covers what you need today and move up when it helps.
Can I start with catch-up or cleanup and stop there?
Yes. Both are one-off projects with a fixed price. When they are done you can keep the books current with monthly bookkeeping, or stop. The clean file stays in your own QuickBooks or Xero either way.
Which service do I need if my books are behind and wrong?
Often both, in that order. Catch-up bookkeeping records the months that were never entered; bookkeeping cleanup fixes months that were entered wrongly. Each is quoted as a fixed price before any work starts, and once the file is right, monthly bookkeeping keeps it that way. A free books review tells you which one your file needs.
Which software do you work in?
